Dear Kaye,

Once again thank you to all your wonderful staff and yourself for everything that you did to help mum in her last few months.

Kind regards

October 2018

When I contacted Kaye at Alcester Home Care I wasn't sure she'd be able to help me. So many other Care Agencies offer only hourly visits on a regular basis. I didn't need that for my mum. I was going on holiday and just needed know she had someone she could contact in an emergency or if she had a problem at home she couldn't deal with herself.

Kaye and Terri came to visit and they offered to telephone mum morning and evening for a chat and to see if she needed help with anything. They also put us in touch with Pat a lovely lady volunteer who would visit and telephone her too.

With all this in place I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday. Mum got to know the carers on the phone and said they were all lovely. Pat popped round a couple of times for a chat. It made what she thought would be a scary, lonely time so much easier for her. I am so grateful to Kaye for being so understanding and willing to 'tailor make' a care package rather than be forced to have a 'one size fits all' service that we didn't need.

Thankyou all.
You have been amazing!
