Carer and Senior Carer Vacancies

As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for 3 or 4 exceptional care professionals to come and join us – we are happy to offer:

– £11.75 per hour during the week, and £12.00 per hour for senior carers
– £13.00 per hour for weekend work
– Paid travel time between calls at the national living wage rate
– Paid training and paid meeting time

A supportive office team who care about you and the care we deliver to our clients.

We believe in giving you enough time to care and offer a quality service, which is why we prioritise private clients. Our staff turnover rate (<10%) is subsequently much lower than the national average (>30%).

Why work with us?

You don’t work for us – you work with us to deliver the highest quality care for our clients.

We value you, so we pay you:
– More than the national average per hour in your hourly wage
– More than average for mileage between visits
– If you are travelling in addition to mileage
– If there is a gap in your rota
– For late cancellations

We ensure that you are notified in good time about your rota and work schedule. We strive to keep your rota as routine and consistent as possible from week to week with the same clients you build a relationship with.

You’ll be able to access thousands of offers and discounts with the blue light card, from electronics to holidays.

You can pick hours that work for you and fit in with your lifestyle.

You can develop with us with funded NVQs that we will help and support you with completing.

You don’t have to be an experienced carer, what matters is your values, anyone who has the right values can be an excellent carer and we are happy to put the time into you and your training to help apply those values and deliver high quality compassionate care to our clients.

Please give us a call or send us an email and we would love to have a chat with you with no obligation.
