CARE QUALITY COMMISSION RATING
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator for health and social care services in England and Wales. They are responsible for inspecting our service to ensure we meet all regulatory standards as set in the Health & Social Care Act.
The CQC conduct regular inspections, which includes speaking directly with clients, employees, commissioners, as well as reviewing our policies, procedures and records.
The home care service we provide falls under the scope of CQC regulations. Our CQC Registration Number is 1-3839757749. Our latest Care Quality Commission Inspection report, was published in February 2019 which gives Alcester Home Care an overall Good rating. As this was our first inspection with the CQC we we're really proud of the results.
